Shopping at locally owned stores gives multiple benefits to the community. Our project encompasses a system for shoppers and store owners to encourage local shopping by bringing awareness to the benefits and issues surrounding shopping locally. We hope that by offering users an incentive to 'take' reward points to use for shopping, it will promote them to 'give' back to the community by investing in the stores there.
